On the review side, rather than treating reviews as a one-time reputation-building task, an ongoing post-service review request process was set up — timed to arrive right after a completed repair, when a customer's experience is freshest — specifically to keep review recency current against the three-month trust window the data points to, rather than relying on an aging pool of older reviews to keep carrying the shop's reputation.
